Why it's craft
The base is whiskey Starlight distills on copper pot stills and ages in its own used barrels, and the blackberries are blended in rather than a flavoring being added after the fact. The distillery sits on the Huber family farm, which has grown grain in Starlight, Indiana, since Simon Huber settled there in 1843. It is flavored whiskey, and the label says so.
