Mash bill
A blend of several whiskeys, so no single grain split.
Corn, rye, malted barley and wheat, from the distillery's two mash bills: 60% corn, 20% rye and 20% malted barley, and 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley and 9% wheat. The Huber family grows the corn, rye and wheat on its own farm, non-GMO, and buys the malted barley locally. Both are sweet mashes, fermented seven days in closed-top stainless steel.

Why it's craft
The second maturation here is a French oak barrel, set on top of the distillery's own sweet-mash bourbon. The whiskey is made from corn, rye and wheat the Huber family grows on its farm and distilled on copper pot stills. Each bottle is a single barrel. The family has farmed in Starlight, Indiana, since Simon Huber settled there in 1843.
