Why it's craft
The peaches come from the Huber family farm and are blended into whiskey Starlight distills on copper pot stills and ages in its own used barrels. The farm has been worked by the family since Simon Huber settled in Starlight, Indiana, in 1843. It is flavored whiskey, and the label says so.
