Why it's craft
Not Guilty starts from the same six-year-old Indiana straight bourbon as Verdict's Guilty and adds brown sugar, so its label reads straight bourbon whiskey with natural flavor. Verdict, founded in Arizona by partners Brandon and Jim, does not distill; its whiskey is produced in Indiana and bottled in Frederick, Maryland. Not Guilty keeps the six-year age statement on its front label and is bottled at 90 proof.
