Why it's craft
Bottled-in-bond rules hold this whiskey to one distillery and one distilling season, so every drop is Watershed's own spirit, unlike the flagship bourbon, which blends in sourced whiskey. Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo founded Watershed in Columbus in 2010, and in 2012 it made the first legally distilled bourbon in Central Ohio since Prohibition. Marussia Beverages bought the distillery in 2023 and is expanding it as its first American production site.
