Friends Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo founded Watershed Distillery in 2010 in the Grandview area of Columbus, Ohio. Known first for its gin, it grew into a whiskey house with an on-site bottle shop, a kitchen and finishing programs that include apple brandy barrels. Its Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged four years from a mash of 72% corn, 21% rye and 7% malt and bottled at 90 proof. Marussia Beverages USA bought Watershed in August 2023.
