- Finish
- Maple syrup barrels; syrup from Sweetwater's Maple, Alliance, Ohio
Why it's craft
Every part of this bottle comes from Ohio: the barrels were made at Speyside Bourbon Cooperage in Jackson, the bourbon was distilled at Watershed in Columbus, and the maple syrup that seasoned the finishing casks came from Sweetwater's Maple in Alliance. It is a Fall Finishing Series release sold only at the distillery's bottle shop. Watershed opened in 2010 and became part of Marussia Beverages in 2023, which kept production in Columbus.
