Full grain split not published.
Corn, rye and malted barley, possibly with wheat and spelt; the recipe and proportions for this batch are not published. Watershed built its first bourbon on five grains, adding wheat and spelt to the usual corn, rye and barley, and has since called its bourbon high-rye without saying which mash went into this release.

Why it's craft
The finishing barrels held apple brandy that Watershed made itself, so the bourbon and the spirit that seasoned its casks both came out of the same Columbus stills. The release first appeared to mark the distillery's tenth anniversary and is now in its sixth batch as part of the Fall Finishing Series, aged six years and bottled at barrel strength. Greg Lehman founded Watershed in 2010; Marussia Beverages has owned it since 2023 and is expanding production in Columbus.
