- vanilla and toasted oak, apricot and walnut, with cream soda, cocoa and prune

Why it's craft
This bourbon goes from heavily charred #5 barrels, made by an Ohio cooperage, into the bottle with no water added and no filtering, batch by batch. Watershed distills it on pot stills at the Columbus distillery Greg Lehman and Dave Rigo opened in 2010. Since 2023 the distillery has belonged to Marussia Beverages, which is building it out as its main American production site.
