100% malted barley. All three barrels in this release hold Westward's all-malt whiskey, brewed as an ale and double distilled; the spread of ages, from 5 to 12 years, is what sets the bottling apart.

Why it's craft
Trinity of Casks brings together just three barrels, aged from 5 to 12 years, and holds the oldest whiskey Westward had released at the time. Every barrel was brewed, distilled and aged by Westward in Portland, where it has made single malt for more than two decades.
