Why it's craft
Thirty years old, The BigShəBàng is the oldest whiskey WhistlePig has released: a single malt from Glenora in Nova Scotia, finished in casks that held Vin Santo, the Italian 'holy wine'. WhistlePig did not distill it; it bought the barrels, finished them on its farm in Shoreham, Vermont, and hand bottled them there. Fewer than four barrels were released, and each bottle is numbered by hand.
