Why it's craft
Speakeasy revives a 1980s label from the Willett family's brands, and Drew Kulsveen filled it with a high-corn recipe his grandfather created. Unlike the original, the bourbon is distilled, aged and bottled by Willett itself in Bardstown, where the family has run the distillery since 1936 and restarted its stills in 2012. It was released in fall 2024.
