100% rye. The rye is planted in the fall on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington, lies dormant under snow through the winter and is irrigated by hand through the summer, and Arnie Omlin and his son Joel harvest it nearly a year after planting. The grain is then trucked across the Cascades to Woodinville for milling, mashing and distillation.

Why it's craft
This limited edition gives Woodinville's all-rye whiskey eight years in the barrel, all of it from one farm's grain and all of it made by the company itself. Woodinville distills west of the Cascades and ages its barrels in Quincy near the Omlin farm, so the rye crosses the mountains twice before it is bottled. Founded in 2010 by Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile, the distillery has been owned by Moët Hennessy since 2017.
