Why it's craft
Woodinville finishes its own bourbon here: the base whiskey is distilled in Woodinville from grain grown on the Omlin family farm and aged in the company's Quincy barrelhouses before it goes into port casks shipped from Portugal's Douro Valley. The finish began as a 2017 special release and became the third permanent bottle in the range. Founded in 2010 by Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile, Woodinville has been part of Moët Hennessy since 2017.
