Why it's craft
Woodinville believes this was the first bourbon ever finished in ginjinha casks, which held the Portuguese liqueur made by steeping sour ginja cherries. It began as the distillery's 2023 Harvest Release. The bourbon underneath is Woodinville's own, pot distilled from Omlin family farm grain and aged in Quincy; the company, founded in 2010, has belonged to Moët Hennessy since 2017.
