Why it's craft
Each bottle comes from a single barrel that co-founder and head distiller Brett Carlile chose from hundreds he tasted, all at least seven years old and bottled at full cask strength. The rye is grown for Woodinville on one Quincy farm, distilled in Woodinville and aged in Central Washington, where extreme temperature swings drive the spirit into the oak. Woodinville was founded in 2010 and has been owned by Moët Hennessy since 2017.
