68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley. The corn, winter wheat and barley are non-GMO strains grown in Byron, Wyoming, by the Rageth family, who have worked with the distillery from its start to choose varieties for their starch and sugar yields. Wheat stands in for rye as the flavoring grain, which makes this a wheated bourbon.

Why it's craft
Wyoming Whiskey built the first legal distillery in the state, in the ranching town of Kirby, and has distilled there since July 4, 2009. It sells only whiskey it made itself, from Wyoming-grown grain and water drawn from the Madison limestone aquifer, and ages it through Big Horn Basin seasons that swing from summer heat to deep winter cold. For this bottle, the house wheated bourbon gets a second maturation in old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
