Ranching family founders Brad and Kate Mead with David DeFazio opened Wyoming’s first legal distillery in Kirby, committing to local non-GMO grain and Madison Formation limestone water. Small Batch wheated bourbon is the flagship — five years minimum in new oak under extreme basin temperatures, bottled at 88 proof for the 44th state.

Winter: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, Sat 12:00–4:00 PM. Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Closed Sun and major holidays

Tastings are at the Kirby Whiskey Shop, and tour availability varies. The Jackson Barrel House is a separate tasting and retail site.
