68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley. Old Faithful is a wheated bourbon, made from the distillery's wheated recipe of non-GMO corn, winter wheat and barley grown by the Rageth family in Byron, Wyoming. Wheat takes the place of rye as the flavoring grain, the same choice behind the house Small Batch bourbon.

Why it's craft
Wyoming Whiskey opened the first legal distillery in the state in Kirby and makes every drop it sells there from Wyoming-grown grain. Most of its bourbon is bottled at five years; Old Faithful is three barrels left for ten, through Big Horn Basin summers and winters. It was released in only three states, with support going to Yellowstone Forever.
