Founded in 2012 in Holland, Michigan as a tribute to West Michigan craftsmen, Coppercraft Distillery built its reputation on small-batch spirits and a distinctive brandy-inspired blending and proofing program that can take months from barrel to bottle. Today the Holland campus operates as CraftCo Distillery & Social House, with Coppercraft alongside sister brands (including Fox & Oden) under the CraftCo umbrella. The house stills produce distillate on site, while many aged whiskey expressions also draw on carefully selected Midwestern sourced barrels.
Owned by CraftCo / Windquest Group.
