Craft beer veterans Jason Parker and Micah Nutt built Copperworks on Seattle’s waterfront to distill hop-free craft beer into American single malt on Forsyths copper pots. After years of one-off releases, the permanent Maltsmith / Farmsmith / Peatsmith core locked in a year-round ASM identity for Washington barley.
