McKenzie Straight Bourbon is the everyday house pour: NY yellow dent corn, Danko rye, and two-row malt, open-top fermented, distilled on a 25-foot Vendome column and thumper, then aged 4+ years in heavy-char 53-gallon oak — non-chill filtered at 91 proof.
