Tattersall built its whiskey reputation on a purist rye: 100% rye mash (85% AC Hazlet + 15% malted rye) from Dale Anderson's farm in Cambridge, MN, pot-distilled and aged at least two years in Minnesota-coopered charred oak. Production and hospitality now center on the River Falls, Wisconsin campus (with Twin Cities roots), positioning Straight Rye as the house whiskey for Manhattans and rye purists at an accessible about-35-dollar MSRP.
