Wild Turkey Distilling Co. in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, is owned by Campari Group and is home to the Russell family's high-rye bourbon. Master Distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell select single barrels, oversee rickhouse aging and make whiskeys from Kentucky Spirit to Rare Breed. The house uses limestone-filtered water, new charred oak and a rye-forward mash. Its signature bourbon is bottled at 101 proof.
