Dan and Nancy Garrison founded Garrison Brothers in Hye, Texas in 2006 as the first legal whiskey distillery in the state, betting that Hill Country heat and Texas-grown grain could make serious bourbon outside Kentucky. Master Distiller Donnis Todd still hand-selects barrels for the Small Batch backbone. Everything is sweet-mashed, distilled, aged, and hand-bottled on the ranch — corn-to-cork Texas bourbon with no sourced whiskey.
